Osmodal Group acquires transportation service line from Pinnacle
Effective immediately, Osmodal Group (www.osmodal.com) has acquired the transportation service line of Pinnacle (www.pinnacleqm.com) securing complementary capabilities and cementing Osmodal Group’s position as a leading supplier of expert advisory, project management, systems integration, engineering and testing services to the global fare payment and transport technology market. This builds upon the strategic alliance with Pinnacle first announced in November 2021.

Consequently, Osmodal Group welcomes two new Directors to its board in the form of Gary Jenn and Ian Charlton, who are the Directors and co-founders of Pinnacle.
