With deep expertise in mobility payments, signaling, communications, traffic management, road pricing and critical infrastructure security, he excels in business development, strategy, innovation, and product expansion.
A multi-lingual leader, Ian has led international expansion, business integration, and market strategy, advising executives on how to scale businesses and achieve sustainable, high-impact results. Having worked extensively in the UK, France, Singapore, and the US, he deeply understands global market dynamics, regulatory landscapes, and cross-border business execution. He is skilled at building trust and alignment across cultures and organizations of all sizes, driving growth, operational excellence, and transformative change.

With a background in go-to-market execution, RFP strategy, pricing, business case development, M&A, and operations, he has helped organizations commercialize technology, navigate complex procurement, scale efficiently, and drive successful integrations—all while delivering innovation in mobility payments and transportation technology.
