David is an experienced CFO, commercial and finance leader with more than 20 years’ experience across transport technology, project-based businesses and international organisations. He is a Fellow of both CIMA and CPA Australia and has worked from operational and project finance through to C-suite, Board and Company Secretary responsibilities. David brings particularly strong transport technology experience, having held senior finance and business partnering roles supporting major projects and services across Asia Pacific. As Finance Manager for Projects, Services and Business Partnering, he was responsible for the financial performance of a portfolio exceeding $1 billion in contract value and $100 million in annual revenue, spanning approximately 15–20 active programmes. More recently, David has held senior leadership roles with responsibility extending beyond finance into commercial, legal, strategy and business operations.
