Vivian is an Executive-level Transport Technology Advisor and General Manager with nearly 20 years’ experience leading intelligent transport systems, automated fare collection, real-time passenger information, mobility, engineering and business transformation.
Most recently, as General Manager APAC at Vix Technology, she held full P&L and delivery accountability across Australia, New Zealand and Southeast Asia, leading regional operations, engineering, projects and services.
She specialises in the intersection of technology program delivery and recovery, operational performance, organisational transformation, engineering governance and commercial improvement, supporting transport authorities, operators and technology suppliers to strengthen delivery, manage complex transitions and improve customer and financial outcomes.
