Mark has extensive experience in portfolio, program, project and PMO management across multiple sectors, specialising in transportation. Alongside his delivery experience, Mark has a thorough knowledge of defining and establishing enterprise PMOs for high value / risk technology transformation programs (up to $700M).
Mark is a seasoned professional, who is passionate about tailoring the PMO to the needs of the business and applying best practice in areas such as governance, resourcing, risk management and planning. He particularly enjoys establishing and uplifting the capability of PMO’s, working closely with stakeholders and executive leadership to make the PMO a success.
Mark led and developed the Department of Transport and Main Roads IT PMO and for three years was the PMO Director for the $371M Queensland Smart Ticketing Project.
