Technical Assurance – We can undertake independent design reviews to highlight issues at an early stage, allowing us to recommend timely mitigations to help facilitate designs that are right the first time. We can also assess a solution at inception, supporting the development of a balanced set of requirements compatible with the overall level of risk and budget. This early assessment also extends to the review of requests for proposals and tenders to ensure that they are capable of being technically delivered.
