Based in the UK, Joe has more than 30 years-experience of designing, implementing, transitioning, operating and improving service delivery and customer service operations for high profile technology contracts, including the London Oyster Card. As a general manager he has led major projects, business transitions as well as global service and quality organisations in multiple sectors with significant P&L responsibilities. He has specialist expertise in the transition-in of services between suppliers for large-scale fare payments systems.
Bill is an executive engineer with strong leadership capabilities and outstanding technical problem-solving skills with experience in the transportation, defence and aerospace sectors. He is able to draw upon a broad background in program management, engineering, operations and business development to fully understand a customer's needs, translate them to a technical requirement, and then deliver a solution that delights. He has led engineering teams for transport fare collection programs in both Australia and New Zealand.
Ben has 15 years of experience in program management, commercial management, project governance and assurance. Able to work at all levels, he possesses skills in business analysis, quality and program reviews, proposal management, PMO establishment, contract management and intellectual property. Ben has advanced analytical and problem-solving skills and a data-driven, client-focused approach. Ben was central to the successful delivery of multiple high profile transport fare collection and open-loop payments systems, spanning the London Oyster Card, Sydney Opal Card and Smart Ticketing System in Queensland.
Charles brings a wealth of experience as a public sector executive, transformation leader, and director of infrastructure and strategic programmes. With a notable background in leadership, governance and stakeholder management, Charles has overseen substantial budgets and staff teams across various sectors and agencies.
Sigrid is a seasoned project/ program manager specialising in successfully delivering high-risk, complex and pioneering programs. She has worked in senior program delivery roles for solution suppliers including Cubic Transportation Systems and Vix Technology as well as regulated Government entities such as Transport for NSW. Most recently Sigrid was Program Manager for the successful implementation of the GoPass card in Dallas and subsequently the world-first Intelligent Congestion Management Program in Sydney.
Peter has an extensive track record of performance in senior roles within the government, private transportation, technology and consulting sectors. This includes the successful leadership of teams and enterprise modernisation programs delivering business change and digital innovation within government, public private partnerships (PPP) and franchise contracts.
Peter has deep payments and transportation technology expertise having worked in senior product management, delivery and business leadership roles in both sectors. Most recently Peter was Program Director for the implementation of Open Loop payments in Australia for the Sydney Opal system, enabling customers to pay for all modes of public transportation across the Opal network using EMV contactless payments.
Dr Christopher Querée has over forty years’ consulting experience in transport ticketing, payment, and information services. His skills include distribution systems architecture, scheme design, procurement and implementation, ticketing and MaaS regulation, transport sector fares, data policy and standards. He is a member of the CEN and ISO ITS technical committees dealing with transport ticketing.
Mark has extensive experience in portfolio, program, project and PMO management across multiple sectors, specialising in transportation. Alongside his delivery experience Mark has a thorough knowledge of defining and establishing enterprise PMOs for high value / risk technology transformation programs (up to $700M).
Dr Robert Hughes has 20 years of experience in the provision of rail retailing and fare payments technology and services. He is a highly experienced Product Manager and Owner motivated by designing and delivering innovative market-leading mobile and online products with genuine user benefits that drive repeat use and long term engagement.
Chris is an innovative and business focussed senior security and risk leader with over 15 years’ experience of managing positive outcomes for large organisations including iconic Australian brands and government entities. He has specialist expertise in the definition and application of security and risk policy for large-scale fare payments systems.
Donna-Leigh is a passionate privacy and compliance professional, with Privacy, Information Technology, Compliance, Quality, and Tertiary Education Training as central pillars of her twenty-five-year career. As a Fellow of Information Privacy and Compliance Champion, Donna-Leigh has defined, implemented, and managed compliant privacy and quality management systems across multiple jurisdictions and privacy regulations.
Brad is an experienced senior service management leader with 30 years’ experience in the Information Communications & Technology fields. His expertise covers infrastructure, operational transition and applications managed services. He has extensive knowledge in service setup through program delivery, implementing ITSM, CMMI, data privacy standards and maintaining PCI compliance.
Aled is an operations manager with 25 years of experience in manufacturing operations and quality assurance, 21 of those years in the public transportation automated fare collection industry. He has been instrumental in successfully delivering the manufacturing phase of many transportation system projects including Brisbane, Singapore, London, San Diego, and Chicago. He is highly experienced in working closely with all stakeholders to smoothly transition capital equipment programs from engineering into manufacturing and then through to delivery.
Denny Wan is a cyber risk expert and a certified auditor in ISO 27001 and PCI DSS, with over 20 years of experience in IT security audit and risk management consulting. He is a recognised expert in the Open Group FAIR Cyber risk quantification framework. FAIR is recognised by the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) as a primary quantification framework for managing the maturity of a cyber risk program. Denny is a thought leader in threat modelling, policy-based mitigation strategy development and process integration design. He helps business and cyber leaders to unify their risk management under Enterprise Risk Management (ERM). He is a frequent speaker and presenter at conferences and webinars.
