Brad is an experienced senior service management leader with 30 years’ of experience in the Information Communications & Technology fields. His expertise covers infrastructure, operational transition and applications-managed services.

 

He has extensive knowledge in service setup through program delivery, implementing ITSM, CMMI, data privacy standards and maintaining PCI compliance. For the last 20 years he has managed service delivery and relationships with large corporate, government and enterprise customers.

 

Brad specialises in Automated Fare Collection (AFC) and Intelligent Transport Systems, previously heading up the Operate and Maintain (O&M) service contracts for the TFNSW Opal Card and Intelligent Congestion Management services and defining service offers for major bids. He has held delivery and P&L accountability for the Opal Card, overseeing service setup, transition-in, vendor management, KPI definition, performance and risk management.
