With expertise in leading matrix teams at local, regional, and global levels, Ben is adept at working collaboratively with all stakeholders to mutually resolve business problems, ensuring an objective and collaborative approach to any engagement.

 

Able to work at all levels, his skills are further augmented in areas such as business analysis, quality and program reviews, proposal management, PMO establishment, and a robust understanding of contract management and managing intellectual property. Known for his advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, Ben’s data-driven, client-focused approach is geared towards achieving successful outcomes in complex and high-pressure environments.

 

Ben was central to the successful delivery of multiple high profile transport fare collection and open-loop payments systems, spanning the London Oyster Card, Sydney Opal Card and Smart Ticketing System in Queensland.
