Aled is an operations manager with 25 years of experience in manufacturing operations and quality assurance, 21 of those years in the public transportation automated fare collection industry.  He was a director of manufacturing operations for Cubic Transportation Systems for over 9 years.

He has been instrumental in successfully delivering the manufacturing phase of many transportation system projects including Brisbane, Singapore, London, San Diego, and Chicago.  He is highly experienced in working closely with all stakeholders to smoothly transition capital equipment programs from engineering into manufacturing and then through to delivery.

His expertise lies in the areas of manufacturing operations, quality assurance, operational improvement, and supply chain.  Aled is passionate about developing the appropriate performance and operational metrics to support and improve enterprise goals.

He believes in developing teams focused on cross functional operational improvement to break down barriers between departments and develop optimal solutions.

Aled holds a Bachelor of Science degree in industrial management technology from Middle Tennessee State University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs.
