Dr Christopher Querée is an associate with Osmodal. He has over forty years’ consulting experience in transport ticketing, payment and information services. Chris has been working as an independent consultant for the last eleven years on a wide range of EMV, smartcard and barcode ticketing and regulatory projects across the world, including Australian projects in Brisbane and Sydney.

Skills include distribution systems architecture, scheme design, procurement and implementation, ticketing and MaaS regulation, transport sector data policy and standards. He is a member of the CEN and ISO ITS technical committees dealing with transport ticketing. Previously he worked at RSP for several years on rail ticketing, distribution standards, new technologies and equipment service management.

Prior to that, he was a consultant at Detica, MVA/Systra and TPA. He worked on passenger transport and highway information and payment systems in the UK and worldwide, including two years working in Hong Kong.
