As a trained scientist, with two Bachelor of Science degrees in Computer Science and Cellular Biology/ Psychology, combined with over two decades of work experience in the Privacy, Compliance, IT, and IT-enabled educational sectors, Donna-Leigh has worked in and across a range of industries, including Transportation, Engineering, Healthcare, and Service Delivery. Donna-Leigh has worked in and for both the public and private sectors, with both multinationals and smaller entities, and across multiple continents.

Donna-Leigh is a Fellow of Information Privacy (FIP), and holds privacy certifications in Certified Information Privacy Professional/United States (CIPP/US), Certified Information Privacy Technologist (CIPT), and Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM), in addition to compliance accreditations as a certified ISO/IEC 20000 Practitioner, ISO/IEC 20000 Foundation, and ITIL IT Service Management Foundation.

Her formal qualifications, coupled with her extensive work experience ranging from ICT sector Lecturer and Course Developer to Asia Pacific Compliance and Privacy Manager, have honed Donna-Leigh’s skills as an excellent analyst, technical writer, practitioner and thought leader.
