Frank is co-founder and director of Osmodal. Frank has 25 years experience in system verification and validation, specialising in large, complex integration programs across Transportation, Banking, Telecommunications, Government and Financial Services sectors.
For the last 6 years he has overseen the verification of large-scale transportation fare collection and traffic management system deployments in the APAC region.
Most recently, Frank built and led a combined onshore and offshore APAC test delivery capability (40+ staff) inclusive of the full range of testing disciplines and test lab setup. This supported the test verification of the Opal system and subsequent open payments implementation in Sydney, the new Intelligent Congestion Management Program in Sydney, the introduction of an upgraded Go-card system including open payments in Brisbane and the implementation of new vending and gating products in Singapore.
