Joe has more than 30 years-experience of designing, transitioning, operating and improving service delivery and customer service operations for high profile technology contracts, both B2B and B2C. As a general manager, he has led major projects, business transitions as well as global service and quality organisations with significant ($200M+) P&L responsibilities.

 

He is a quality and business systems expert able to think strategically and act tactically to achieve bottom line results. Joe has particular experience in implementing transportation systems including executive leadership roles on the London Oyster Card and Sydney Opal Card programs.
